Pearl Paints Limited (acquisition)

Spencer's acquired the General Industrial and Heavy Duty business of Pearl Paints in January 2003. Included in this purchase are strong brands including Wailes Dove and Bitumastic. There is also a range of specialist products that are potable water approved epoxy linings for pipework and tankage.
